Seamless check-in, pleasant and sharply professional staff - I was pleasantly surprised our server Lucia remembered my pre-ordered drink order and Adrian was also very friendly and accommodating in reference to my four month old baby. The breakfast and lunch were great, the room spotless and bed/room very comfortable. The hotel itself is outdated yet remains stylish and the conference room was well prepared and organised for our meeting. The very small issues we experienced was a slight parking issue and also the pedal on my bin in my room was broken. Other than that my daughter and I have an above average visit, thank you.
We stayed in this hotel during a family holiday for 4 days in Legoland and was impressed with what we got for the reasonable rate we had paid. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with heaps of food choices. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is at the city centre and Legoland is 7 minutes in the car, we had a lovely family holiday!
Stayed here during the August Bank Holiday for 1 night with a legoland deal. It was the only part of the trip I enjoyed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parked in the car park opposite the hotel and parking was validated at reception on departure. The kids received free squash and biscuits on arrival. The room had everything and more and the beds were very comfy. The buffet style breakfast was great. There are plenty of shops within walking distance.
The decor and furnishings are very good and there is plenty of inside and outside seating area to relax with a drink. The evening meal was good and a fair price. The breakfast was very good, an excellent variety of food including full English breakfast,toasts and pastries,cereals,fruit and yogurts and the usual drinks. The room was very clean and spacious and had a bath and shower. The only negatives I have is there is no parking but there is a car park opposite and the hotel did validate the ticket so it was free. The other negative was the service of the bar staff appeared that they didn't have a clue what they were doing . The front of house staff were excellent. and they didn't have straws in the bar area so any kids that had drinks struggled if they were young. Overall though it was a pleasant stay
